1. Booking & Confirmation Policy All bookings made through Lens Holidays are subject to availability and final confirmation from hotels, airlines, transport providers, cruise operators, visa authorities, destination management companies, or other service providers. Prices and availability may change until full or partial payment is received and a written confirmation is issued by Lens Holidays. Guests are responsible for reviewing and verifying all booking details, including travel dates, passenger names, room categories, transportation arrangements, and package inclusions before confirming the booking. --- 2. Payment Policy An advance payment is required to initiate and secure any booking. Depending upon the destination, supplier requirements, seasonality, or package type, up to 75% or more of the total package cost may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed before travel commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be made through UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Razorpay, Payment Links, Bank Transfers, Cash (subject to legal limits), or any other approved payment method. Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation. --- 3. GST, Taxes & Government Charges All quotations are subject to applicable GST, government taxes, tourism levies, national park fees, tolls, visa charges, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, and any other statutory charges imposed by government authorities or service providers. Any increase in such taxes or charges after booking shall be payable by the guest. --- 4. Package Inclusions The package includes only those services specifically mentioned in the confirmed itinerary, invoice, booking voucher, or service confirmation. Any service not expressly included shall be considered excluded and may incur additional charges. --- 5. Package Exclusions Unless specifically mentioned in writing, package prices do not include airfare, train tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, porterage, laundry, personal expenses, tips, beverages, camera fees, monument fees, medical expenses, emergency evacuation costs, room service, meals not specified, optional activities, and any other expenses of a personal nature. --- 6. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or official communication channels. Cancellation charges will apply according to supplier policies and may vary depending on the destination, season, airline, hotel, cruise line, visa status, or package type. No-show cases may attract up to 100% cancellation charges. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed after receipt from suppliers and may take several weeks depending on banking and supplier timelines. Cancellation & Refund Policy - All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels. - Cancellation charges shall apply as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking. - Certain bookings such as wildlife safaris, adventure activities, train tickets, flight tickets, cruise bookings, visas, permits, and special event bookings may be completely non-refundable. - Refund timelines depend upon hotel policies, airline policies, transport operators, banking processing timelines, and supplier approvals. - Convenience charges, service fees, visa fees, permit fees, insurance charges, and booking charges are non-refundable. Standard Cancellation Charges - 30 days or more before departure: Booking amount may be non-refundable. - 15–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges. - 07–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges. - Less than 07 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charges. (Cancellation policy may vary depending upon destination, season, supplier, or special bookings.) --- 7. Hotel & Accommodation Policy Hotel reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In case a booked hotel becomes unavailable, Lens Holidays reserves the right to provide an alternative hotel of similar category and standard. Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by hotel policies. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. --- 8. Transport & Vehicle Policy Transportation services are provided according to the confirmed itinerary. Vehicle type, capacity, route, and operating hours shall be governed by local transport regulations and supplier policies. Lens Holidays shall not be liable for delays, breakdowns, traffic congestion, weather disruptions, road closures, strikes, accidents, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. --- 9. Wildlife Safari & Adventure Activities Disclaimer Wildlife safaris, jungle excursions, trekking, camping, boating, rafting, desert activities, mountain expeditions, and adventure experiences involve inherent risks. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Participation in such activities is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the guest’s own risk. Lens Holidays shall not be responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages arising from participation. --- 10. Tour Operations & Itinerary Changes Lens Holidays reserves the right to modify, amend, substitute, or cancel any itinerary component due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government restrictions, supplier changes, force majeure events, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond control. Every reasonable effort shall be made to provide suitable alternatives. --- 11. Travel Documents, Passport & Visa Responsibility Guests are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, travel authorizations, vaccination certificates, and any required travel documentation. Lens Holidays shall not be liable for denied boarding, visa refusal, immigration issues, deportation, missed departures, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation. --- 12. Women Safety & Guest Conduct All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and comply with local laws, customs, and regulations. Harassment, misconduct, abusive behavior, intoxication-related disturbances, illegal activities, or actions endangering others may result in immediate termination of services without refund. Female travelers are encouraged to exercise reasonable personal safety precautions. --- 13. Photography & Marketing Consent Photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, or content captured during tours may be used by Lens Holidays for promotional, advertising, social media, website, marketing, training, and business purposes unless the guest specifically opts out in writing prior to travel. --- 14. Data Privacy Policy Personal information collected from guests may include names, contact details, identification documents, travel preferences, passport details, payment information, and booking records. Such information may be used solely for booking management, customer support, legal compliance, operational requirements, and travel-related services. --- 15. Pricing Error & Website Disclaimer Lens Holidays reserves the right to correct typographical errors, technical glitches, pricing inaccuracies, currency conversion mistakes, system errors, supplier pricing changes, and website content inaccuracies at any time. Confirmed bookings affected by genuine pricing errors may be amended or cancelled with appropriate communication. --- 16. Child Policy Child pricing, occupancy rules, extra bed charges, age classifications, and accommodation arrangements are governed by the policies of respective hotels, airlines, cruise operators, and suppliers. Proof of age may be required. --- 17. Liability Disclaimer Lens Holidays acts solely as a travel organizer and intermediary for services provided by independent suppliers. Lens Holidays shall not be liable for negligence, acts, omissions, defaults, delays, cancellations, bankruptcy, service failures, or misconduct by third-party providers. --- 18. Force Majeure Lens Holidays shall not be responsible for delays, modifications, losses, damages, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, floods, earthquakes, storms, wars, terrorism, political unrest, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or civil disturbances. --- 19. Complaints & Disputes Any service-related complaint should be reported immediately during the tour so reasonable corrective measures can be attempted. Complaints submitted after completion of travel may limit the ability to investigate or resolve issues. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India. --- 20. Acceptance of Terms Payment of any amount, booking confirmation, travel participation, acceptance of quotations, issuance of vouchers, or use of services shall constitute full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. --- 21. Website Terms & Conditions Disclaimer The terms, policies, disclaimers, notices, privacy provisions, and legal statements published on the Lens Holidays website form an integral part of every booking and agreement entered into with guests. --- 22. Privacy Policy & Data Protection Lens Holidays takes reasonable measures to protect guest information. Data may be shared with hotels, airlines, transport operators, visa agencies, insurance providers, government authorities, and travel partners strictly for operational and legal purposes. Information may also be retained for accounting, compliance, and audit requirements. --- 23. Guest Declaration & Consent Guests declare that all information provided is accurate and complete. Guests acknowledge the risks associated with travel, including weather conditions, transportation delays, health concerns, political situations, and supplier-related disruptions, and agree to travel at their own informed discretion. --- 24. Entire Agreement & Legal Effect These Terms & Conditions, together with the confirmed itinerary, invoice, booking voucher, supplier policies, and written communications, constitute the complete agreement between Lens Holidays and the guest. No verbal representation shall override these terms unless confirmed in writing. --- 25. Indemnity & Hold Harmless Clause The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lens Holidays, its partners, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, legal costs, or expenses arising from the guest’s actions, negligence, misconduct, breach of terms, violation of laws, or misuse of services. --- 26. Electronic Communications & Digital Consent The guest agrees that communications conducted through email, WhatsApp, SMS, mobile applications, digital payment platforms, electronic signatures, online forms, or other electronic means shall be deemed legally valid and binding. --- 27. Severability, Survival & Reservation of Rights If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Lens Holidays reserves all rights not expressly waived in writing. --- 28. Intellectual Property Rights All trademarks, trade names, logos, service marks, branding elements, website content, itineraries, brochures, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, marketing materials, and proprietary content of Lens Holidays remain its exclusive intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited. --- 29. Amendment & Update Rights Lens Holidays reserves the right to revise, modify, update, amend, replace, or remove any policy, term, condition, package information, pricing structure, or legal provision at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall apply from the date of publication. --- 30. Final Legal Acceptance & Binding Agreement By making a booking, making payment, accepting quotations, participating in travel arrangements, or utilizing any service offered by Lens Holidays, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions contained herein.
